Poor Customer Services / No Direct Complaints Dept
Tesco Bank have a poor Customer Services, difficult to find a number and you get the usual assistants that are more of a barrier than a help. I had to phone twice before I got the help I needed to view my statements due to a technical error and was on the phone for about an hour. The first person I spoke to was quite abrupt and unhelpful and the second only helped because I asked for the complaints department. If you ask to speak to someone dealing with complaints they flatly refuse.

Bloody Awful
any payments over £50 would freeze my account and i would have to ring them to sort it out, direct debits being cancelled by Tesco bank without my permission the fees were refunded but i could have done without the stress at Christmas. Attitude from customer service when you want to pay in money. Declining transactions for no reason. The list is endless, i stuck it out for just over a year for the clubcard points but they are not worth the hassle.

I applied for a Tesco Credit card, in due course they wrote to me for ID etc, which I sent. Since then nothing..I spoke ti them on Twitter who said they cannot see an application on there system...they suggested re-applying which I did, only for Web site stating i have an application in progress.
No help at all from Tesco Bank, so I've complained to the Ombudsman and told Tesco this...You would think that Tesco's would try and fix the issue as it costs them a lot for the Ombudsman to investigate...But do TESCO bank care? Not the slightest.
Uninterested Bank, don't use them!!

Stay Away From Tesco Bank
If you wish to loose your money, open an account with Tesco bank. The worst, uneducated and inexperienced staff with no sense of the real world. You follow all their rules still Tesco will hold to your money so stay away from Tesco as after one experience with Tesco bank you will stay away from Tesco supermarket too.

Never Had So Much Trouble In All My Life!!
SO... I had my credit card with Tesco for a couple of months before it all started going wrong. I was using their online banking and soon enough they would block my log in details EVERY TIME I tried to log in. I thought the first couple of times I was in putting them wrong and there probably was times when I was! However, I had these details written down and as soon as it said 'log in failed'once I'd get the details to ensure I was inputting the right digits... still block me out.
Then every time you want to reset your password, you have to phone up and spend 10 minutes on the phone resetting everything and going through security. I stopped using my card for a while.. then I thought I'd give it another go... was fine for about3 months? And now this is the second time in 2 weeks I'm going to have to phone to reset my details.
I saved my computer so it would be a 'trusted' computer to log in from so I could reset my password that way - nope! Didn't recognise it.
I'm fuming.
I've had enough. It shouldn't be so hard!!!
And, if you miss a payment not only do you have to pay interest on the money on your account but also £12! Money grabbers :').
As soon as I get home from work I'm phoning, paying off anything on their and then cancelling!!

Customer service team can't even handle a simple refund. Don't bother, I doubt they could handle a claim. No ability to do anything other that look at the screen in front of them and read what it says.

Don't Deal With Lot
the worst bank, only use there cash points, you would be better off keeping your money under your bed, or jest give it to there CEO who will waste it on taxi fares for personal use, £8000.00 in a few months.
