I ordered my first blind from Keeleys Blinds after being let down by another supplier. I submitted the recess measurements and my choice in vertical blind and I was so happy when it arrived. The blind fitted perfectly, the quality was fantastic and I am so happy with my purchase. I have went on and ordered a further two this morning.

We are a forces family and we move regularly so I didnt want to pay over the odds for the blind, I paid under £40 for a blind of excessive width. I will always be ordering my blinds from here in the future.

I ordered a wooden venetian blind, and I spoke to an advisor on the phone as I was ordering online and was advised I would receive my blind in approximately 5-7 working days. In reality It took a total of 15 working days to be delivered to me, I made numerous phone calls chasing up my blind and was told on several occassions it had been dispatched when it clearly had not been. At other times the delivery company was blamed, when tracking showed they had not even received the package at their depot. Numerous times I was told to email customer services if I had a complaint and they would reply within 24 hours! I was also told the 5-7 working days was 'an approximate estimate', I think 15 working days is rather stretching the word approximate. I spent a total of 5 days waiting in for a delivery after being told 'my blind would probably be delivered today'. Absolutely shocking service, with no regard for customers at all. The delivered blind was actually ok, but will I order from this company again? A resounding NO.

Wish I'd have listened to the reviews I read which were bad.

Ordered a blackout blind, standard blind delivered. Delivery paperwork states blackout blind but company denied this.

Now stuck with a blind I can't use. They won't refund or exchange and they were very unhelpful on the phone, they said unfortunately that was what I ordered (which it wasn't)

Go with someone else. This company is a phoney

Very efficient company, from the first phone call asking for advice and timescales. They took the blind measurements to check that everything was in stock with the supplier before I ordered, which it was. I then placed the order online and the blinds were received a week later as estimated and packed very well. All in all a very good experience!

I bought my blinds after initially using a competitor (blinds2go) - their prices increased when I went back to reorder so decided to shop around. Found Keeley Blinds were the most competitive in the market. Ordered a sample which matched my white 63mm slatted blinds from another company. Installed today and they're fabulous. Great quality, easy to install.

ordered 6 blinds sized in inches 5 of which were wrongly converted by

sales person (a service they claim is faultless ) entering wrong dimensions.

This accepted and then later denied. Was basically told tough my problem not interested. Then discovered wrongly converted sizes (which should have all been equal) were in fact all odd lengths. Then offered to remake the

differing length blinds but ONLY TO THEIR WRONGLY CONVERTED MEASUREMENTS

They seem to always be offering discounts (they probably need to) quality control and common sense is a missing factor with this company dont risk it

I have ordered all my Venetian blinds from here for the past few years. Amazing quality and wouldn't use anywhere else now! Delivery is always on time or early than expected and so easy to put up. Thank you.

The website was very easy to navigate with lots of choice. I ordered a roller blind for a pair of French doors. The instructions for measurements were very easy to follow and resulted in a perfect fit in the recess. The winding mechanism and chain operate really smoothly and the blind looks great. It was a speedy turnaround from ordering to delivery and the item was well packaged. I was delighted not to have to pay a postal premium for living in the Highlands and would recommend this company to anyone wanting a blind. Thanks.

I am not one to write reviews, positive or negative, however I was so happy with this product that I have been moved to change that in this case!

I wanted to write and thank you very much for my Venetian blind. I am so happy with it, the fit and quality, the easy of putting up and ease of use, are all excellent. Not to mention the very affordable price and ease of ordering. I ordered and the blind arrive within a week. I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with everything.
