After searching around for the above three insurances for my business (electrical contractor) I completed an online enquiry for the following items:

Professional Indemnity

Public Liability

Employers Liability

The person I dealt with was in the commercial department, who took care of all my insurance requirements and needs and simplified the process of my insurance requirements at a competitive price.

The best thing about the process, was the professionalism, speed and assurance that all my requirements for insurance were included in my policy. I would certainly recommend this company to others as an insurance broker as they certainly made sure all the items I needed for my business were included for a competitive price and with efficiency.

This is obviously a review for items surrounding taking out an insurance policy to cover my business requirements.

They were very cheep and as I didn't claim I can't speak for that side of things. But when I got an automatic renewal letter I phoned to say I wasn't renewing. They renewed anyway and helped themselves to money from my bank account.

Also they said repeatedly that I had authorized this when I took out the insurance, if I did it is only because it was buried somewhere in the small print as I would not have agreed to this willingly ever. ( it ranks with ppi and endowment mortgages as all time stupid ideas)

So if you do insure with them keep an eye on your bank account in a years time as they may plunder it.
