Competitively Priced For A Good Level Of Cover

Competitively priced for the level of cover I required. Easy to navigate web site. Clear costings and explanations of the level of cover.

Optional extras such as improved breakdown cover available, again the price was reasonable.

Not Very Happy

Ive been with Dial Direct for a few years & everything seemed smooth & value for money , but last year i was threatened with cancellation after they said my "Payment in full was cancelled by the bank , two weeks after i was told " It's all gone through" This year i phoned up to renew , was asked if any of my information had changed ? i said No , i was told that's fine everything has gone through & we'll take the money in two weeks time, i said Take it now & its done with to which i was told they can't

Two weeks later i get a threat of cancellation because my bank refused payment , turns out the card number had expired , so i gave them the new expiry date & it went through But with a £20 fine, i argued that i was told everything was fine & this could have been found out two weeks prior had they taken the payment at the time i asked them too , got a bit of a rude person on the other end & eventually i hung up ,Then i get an email telling me i need to get in touch asap as my insurance may be cancelled as my "Continuous Payment Authority has been cancelled by the Card Holder,first i don't need one as i pay in full & second im the Card Holder & i cancelled nothing , i had to phone them yet again to confirm i am actually insured

I like a simple life & unfortunately im not getting one here, ive received another email telling me the people who would supply me with a replacement vehicle will no longer be doing it & its now someone else "Who Cares ?" or even bothers to look who on the very rare chance who may or may not supply a vehicle ? Please Go Back to being a simple & smooth company to deal with, i really don't need the fines or all the stress , i just want insurance ,Just as a foot note i clicked on "Customer service below expecting a choice also value for money , Both lit up in Green "GOOD I'M HAPPY" i would like a choice to alter that but once you click you cannot remove it also you can now only raise your star rating not lower it Strange

Best Car Insurance Yet

This year my renewal car insurance went down which rarely happens these days. Also I like the way they text me every month to let me know that my direct debit is being taken. It also reminds me who im insured with because some companies you have no contact with and then when you have an accident you cant remember who you are with because there is no bonuses for loyalty anymore. I have recommended to family and friends. well done dial direct!

A First Class Product At A Very Good Price, I Am Satisfied !

Excellent product, car insurance, with all the necessary features that I wanted. The website is well laid out and easy to navigate making the process easy and not frustrating as can be the case with some companies. An easy process to find relevant information enabling one to complete the buying process with ease. A satisfactory experience, well recommended. I found nothing to dislike throughout the process.

Got More For Less

Great service and one of the best quotes very happy my last insurance company IGO4 would never recommend as change my vehicle from a group 36 down to 18 which made no difference in my policy, I emailed back and forth with no help and was told its down to the underwriter which was rubbish!

Dial Directs quote was a quarter of their price with extras so very very happy

very easy to use the site and have highly recommended them on the motor clubs I am members of....WELL DONE!

Excellent Premium, Easy Website To Set Up. Why Not?

Came out best value for money, and cheapest on a comparison website, via TopCashBack.

Easy to set up the policy, including payment.

Their digital portal (website) is clear and easy to navigate.

Much easier than the legacy insurers like Aviva.

What didn';t I like, nothing so far.

Of course, claims is the real test, though I am hopeful and planning on not having to test that :-)

I looked online late in the evening, got a price from the comparison site, then next day preceded to pay, connected to Dial Directs site and the price had gone up £12. I couldn't call as no phone number as is the normal thing nowadays, only online chat. He said that's today's price, he can't do anything and then ended the chat and left.

I can only say from my experience that its been good, easy to deal with and a competitive price.

All their paperwork is online and you can access it and down load what you need.
