I took my CPC training here in June 2014. I was by the end of the five-day course, more annoyed with the service received here,than any other place i have ever done business. Firstly, let me state that i had paid £450 to be at this place. The Tutor-and i use the word very vaguely- was an ex- policeman, of the car division. His way of dealing with the classroom situation was; to select the most suitable candidate for treatment out of the attendees.By most suitable, in his parlance,i mean the quietest person in the room-namely myself. I freely admit that i am a quiet person anyway; but i was there to learn things,not fool around all day.Most of the learning involved, having Youtube videos being put on and the pupils being left to their own devices. I had been an HGV Driver for many years before having to attend this course, but was treated like a novice. There was nowhere to park close to the classroom. But, the most annoying and worrying fact, was the Tutors bigotry; by the end of the five-days, i felt less of a human being because of his constant jibes and bullying remarks.When my CPC is up for renewal, i will certainly be giving this place a wide birth.
