Driving Instructor (leeds)
She was an amazing instructor from start to finish. The guidance, patience and support she has provided me throughout this journey was perfect. She made me feel so comfortable and confident behind the wheel and helped with any anxieties I had when driving. She gave a stress free experience and made every lesson enjoyable even when
If you’re looking for someone who is fully committed to their students she is an instructor I would recommend to anybody.

My Experience
I had an excellent experience with my driving instructor! He was incredibly patient and made each lesson feel comfortable and relaxed. His sense of humor really helped ease my nerves. He explained everything in a clear and easy-to-understand way, which helped me feel confident behind the wheel. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to pass my driving test on the first try! Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great instructor.

Driving instructor was always very patient and good at explaining everything, never felt stressed when driving. Also got given the right amount of help depending on my confidence etc. and prepared me for my test really well. Going into my test I felt confident.

Passed With 3 Minors At Durham Test Centre!
And all thanks to my instructor, who I can't thank enough. It takes a certain type of person to ride passenger in a car with someone who doesn't know how to drive at the wheel on a daily basis, and he does it well. Very patient, knows his stuff, knows when to be firm (I will forever heard "come on, put your foot down!" whenever I pull out of a junction), and a genuinely nice bloke.
On the PNG front, excellent service. The booking calendar is very helpful and the price is reasonable.

Best Instructor
Gone through a few instructors and she was by far the best. Quality of lessons were top tier, got through so much in each lesson. Can’t thank her enough for helping me pass.

Excellent Service
Very good system for booking lessons as you can easily create a profile and book lessons online without having to message the instructor. You just check availability and book
My instructor was excellent and a life saver
Very patient, does not ever get irritated or angry and will take time to make sure he teaches you over and over again if needed
I had used several instructors before joining passngo and eventually passed
I can’t recommend him enough
Q&A
How do I get a refund, or can I change my instructor?
Before l paid, l cannot get the information that how long l need to wait. After l paid for it, they just told me l have to wait for a 6-8week and did not told me what will happen if there were still no instructors available after 8 weeks. I would like to get my refund but the customer service told me their conditions and terms will not provide any refund after payment. It it too unfair for the customers. I just wanna know how can l get my money back?
Hello, I have had this happen to me recently.
If you paid by credit card.. you plan on making a section 75 claim with your credit card company under the consumer Rights Act and that you plan to also seek advice from the Financial Ombudsman Service.
If you paid by debit card, mention that you are aware of your consumer rights and that you intend to seek advice from the Ombudsman Service.
Mention negative rep for the company with how they handle refunds and that you intend to voice this on Trust Pilot so others can be made aware.
I got my refund back after this.
If not as sucessful.. do actually reach out to the Ombudsman Service for advice.
I bought a block booking online last year and due to bad health and other things have not taken any lessons yet.
I have being told that I now have to pass my theory test before I can take any lessons of them, I have until 26th march to do this.
Does anyone know why I have to pass my theory before taking any lessons? As I have had lessons years ago and never had my theory passed. I am not loosing all this money and 30 hours driving lessons.
Why do you have until the 26th? Does your block booking include your practical test, if so you have to pass your theory before you can take the practical so if you was planning an intensive group of lessons pre test it would be wasted if you hadn't passed the theory.
Would anyone recommend the 10 hour intensive course? Not sure 10 hours will be enough to pass but not wanting to pay for more lessons than needed. Thank you
I would'nt touch Pass 'n' Go with a barge pole. I had a very poor service from them. When they have your money they don't care about you, and they don't offer refunds. They cancel lessons regularly or don't even bother turning up. Use someone else.
Has any one actually had a refund from pass and go? I've read t&c but it only states refunds are not given if you are the reason why lessons are not done, my husband booked the 20 hour intensive course and every lesson has been rescheduled including the actual test. It's taken from the beginning of September to complete 4 lessons and test to be rebooked if we knew it would take this long we would of just gone private.
How much are block lessons of 10 for a beginner?
I think it was about £130 for the first 10 hours then £180 for every block of 10 hours after that.. prices may have changed now though so you might need to check the website. Also each lesson is 2 hours, I don't think they do less than that but for me it was very good because I got a good amount of driving done in a lesson :) I passed over a year ago after about 45 hours worth of lessons - had first test which I failed after 35-ish hours but it was thunder and lightning so wasn't ideal for a beginner driver lol - took a 6 month break then had second test after another 10 hours or so worth of lessons which I passed :)
I just wanted to know if many people have taken the crash course? I'm looking at the 40 hours one. Is it worth it? Does it have a good pass rate? Any information would be great. Thanks
Oh and to answer your other question you have to pass your theory before you do your crash course.
