I Purchased The Samsung Yp-p3 Touchscreen Mp3 Play

I purchased the Samsung YP-P3 touchscreen MP3 player because general reviews for it were good, particularly for sound and build quality. I agree entirely, in fact the sound is better than the 3rd gen iPod I owned for a couple of years. The touchscreen was a bit vague until I upgraded the firmware, which wasn't straightforward on a Mac -but there are plenty of websites devoted to this little player which can solve any problem.

It accepts a wide number of audio formats.

I bought it for music -but having seen a movie or two on it the screen is excellent too. The battery life is good.

The FM radio is sensitive -again the sound quality is excellent. The auto preset is a a nightmare though -you end up with dozens of non-channels on preset as you can only select 'Korea' 'USA' or 'Worldwide'. Presetting manually is fine.

Downloading music/movie/photo files from a Mac is simple once the format for transfer is set correctly on the player -which is easy- then just drag and drop. I have tried it on a PC using the supplied 'Emodio' software which I don't like that much compared with iTunes, and you can't use the player while it's plugged in to the computer.

All in all not perfect, but in terms of sound quality and value for money, I'd recommend it.
