Logitech X-230

great sound quality for a budget 2.1 speaker system.everyone who hears them says how good they sound.

I bought these to work with a Samsung P2270HD TV/Monitor. These 22inch LCD Monitors have minute speakers and a severe lack of Bass. The Logitech x230 speakers however have excessive Bass response and very poor Treble. Even with the Subwoofer level at minimum the Bass is excessive and the Treble not as good as the Monitor internal speakers. They have no tweeter and appear to be designed for people who measure the quality of sound by the amount of bass.

Many of my friends ask me why do I chose this set instead of some other more popular brand with the similar price range in my country, and some even dis me when I bought it.. but when they listen to it.. most if them stay silent since the sound quality speaks for itself.. anbd me just smile.. this speaker rocks.. it have 'enough' of everything.. will suit to wide range of usage and definitely satisfy you..

Very good value for money. They go quite loud, the bass is good and you cant go wrong for 25 pounds. Highly recommend Logitech X-230 speakers.

Just bought a set of these Logitech X-230 from Comet, at the very good price of £24:99, and am picking them up later today. The main reason I bought them was all the good reviews on here. Hope they sound as good as you say.

At the price the Logitech X-230 speakers are of ourstanding quality. I had driven them from a range of high quality sources as well as from the PC and their performance allows me to hear the difference in source quality. I find the sub-woofer control does not go far enough to reduce the powerful bass performance but I have easily remedied this by rolling-up a flat sponge or sock etc. to block the cabinet port.

Incomparable value in my view

I was listening to Bose Subwoofer systems and I thought that was shocking sound quality compared to these Logitech X-230 Computer speakers, these are a lot cheaper and better sound quality for your money. I found the set up to be easy and the bass is wicked

The Logitech X-230 is fantastic, i brought quality rca adaptors that were fully shielded to ensure best audio quality as the logitech rca converter cable was only 150mm long.

plugged into the rc monitor outs on my panasonic plasma i use for xbox 360 DVDs and television. the things are fantastic, didn't want the hassle of 5.1 as the room doesn't suit. theses were perfect and pump compared to the sopeakers on the plasma
