Asus V222FAK-BA113T 21.5 & Full HD All-In-One Desktop PC

I Bought this Asus V222FAK-BA113T 21.5" Full HD All-In-One Desktop PC off a well known UK Electronical Company.

Needed to replace my old desktop which was around 6 years old.

What a mistake..!

The start time was nearly five minutes, simply uneceptable.

My six year old desktop takes around 50 seconds.

Sent it back under guarantee, to an Asus approved company.

They don't answer emails, and when I phoned them they said, in so many words, they didn't know what's wrong with it, but made some adjustments etc

I wait with baited breath for its return, but don't have much hope
