I Am Pleased With The Emachine 220, For The Price
I am pleased with the eMachine 220, for the price it is a great bargain. However it would be nice to get some leeway when updating, I suspect a better motherboard would be required.

Emachine 220 Review: After Many Failures Of Variou
eMachine 220 review: After many failures of various systems and replacement there of, PC world failed to find reasons for failures they just kept replacing parts that were blowing. They never did find the reasons why so many parts failed. Finally I insisted on the return of my finance which after some hassle over THEIR responsibilities they agreed. I wish that talking to an engineer on the phone (part of their policies) and deciding your need was also transferred to the engineers that come to your house, 3 times the home engineer (from a different company within a company. confused? so was I) although carrying the motherboard refused to fit it he also failed to give reasons for the failure of each piece of hardware. All in all I personally would buy an eMachine again if PC World gave a 3year warranty for free.

If Your On A Budget This Emachines 220 Intel Celer
If your on a budget this Emachines 220 Intel Celeron 2.5ghz machine at under £500 is excellent and offers all you need to get onto Internet.
Also would be very good for home business use or a teenager studying at school, college or University.
Can be hooked up to TV or Video Projector.
Runs on Windows XP Home.
I purchased this machine from PC World Junction 9 Wednesbury West Midlands UK.
I had to take it back at first as the display on the TFT was very poor looked like a bad 256 colour display whatever you adjusted but the people at PCWorld were excellent and after 2 hours checking the machine out without and with a DVD Disk which I had to fetch from home they decided it was the graphics board on the PC and replaced and tested before I left the PC and TFT and even invited me into there testing area to see what was happening and what they were doing.
I went home very satisfied and would reccomend the staff at Junction 9 and the Emachines 220 to anyone.
