At first it is a good computer, but you'll soon find out that you could have invested your money elsewhere and got a much better piece of equipment!

The main dissapointment is the TRAP! (yes, that's right, a trap!) of the battery that their salesdepartment use to maximise their profits giving their customers a big kick on the bottom.

The battery barely lasts a year and you have to replace it otherwise the laptop won't work even if plugged on the powersupport. As soon as you open the laptop to have a look at the battery, the first thing you observe is a big blue writing that says: "to purchase a new laptop go to...Dell's website...) Mind you that you can only replace it with the original Dell battery and they'll cost you over £100. Meaning that your average laptop, bought for just about £400 will end up a very bad £500 pounds purchase.
