Poor Service
I purchased Microsoft Office 2011 for MAC and it did not function correctly on my MAC AIR which runs IOS El Capitan.
The retailer refused to refund the transaction even though I sent a screen shot and referred them to a Microsoft Forum highlighting the issues.
