The system may or may not work correctly, but the online support which I have received after buying the Pro Evcerywhere version is apalling and incompetent.

The agent RUBA fails to read the question and simply sends out the same instructions repeatedly over three days.

These have no reference to the original question.

I have now re-installed three times and still cannot install on my laptop.

Ok you may not have multiple email accounts or forms you have to fill in all the time, But you must have some repetative tasks that need doing or you would not be here reading reviews :)

With Robo form its all taken care of, you can even password up Roboform so no one else that uses your computer can use roboform !

One password to access multiple sites, no not the same password ...Duh!LOL

Its easy...step one assuming you have the trial roboform installed. Go to your email account and enter the login data after you click sign in/login Roboform activates and asks if you want to save this log in as a passcard under the name highlighted in the pop up box .

You can choose to password protect this passcard by ticking the box or not.

Click ok

Step 2 there is no step two, thats it.

Next time you want to visit that site go into roboform in the toolbar and click its name and roboform whisks you away to the website and logs in for you...job done.

It is really easy to set up and there are multiple uses for it.

At least try it and don't be tempted to get a pirate version of it, its your personal data that you fill it up with. If there is a backdoor in that pirate version then others have that personal data too.

Roboform is worth the money, honestly you will be surprised how you got along without it.

I am not sure about Robo online yet,just started using it this week, not too crazy about my private access data being online but the site is secure its just my paranoia... but perfect paranoia is perfect awareness so it has been said. Anyhoooo! thats my review.

Roboform is essential to my daily computer usage - I couldn't function properly without it. I use Roboform to manage over 200 logins to various websites and it does this main function incredibly well. It's other main function is form filling for addresses, names, credit card details etc. and it's ability to find and fill the right boxes is truly Google-like; it almost never gets it wrong.

The new free Roboform Online service is also a godsend - it completely automates the synchronisation between multiple PCs and provides me with access to my passwords online when I'm on somebody else's PC. There's even an iPhone version now, although it's functionality is somewhat limited compared to 1Password.

Roboform isn't without it's downsides though. The user interface is fairly ugly and uninspired, and unlike 1Password for Mac, it doesn't have a structured storage format for anything other than logins and identities. Software licences, FTP accounts, passports etc all have to be stored as free text secure "notes", which is a bummer. Also, because it uses a proprietary file format there is no hope of integration with 1Password for Mac so if you own both a PC and a Mac, you have to maintain both databases independently of one another. If they ever port Roboform to the Mac though, I'll race to buy a licence.

Overall this is a great little piece of software. The cost is a little steep for what it is, but well worth it for the security you get from using random passwords all over the Internet.
