Do Not Buy! Aimersoft Drm Media Converter For Windows.
Aimersoft seems to have bias reviews on their board, which made me think that this was a good product, when in actual fact, it's pure rubbish. I tried to convert iTunes M4V video files to MP4, which would take an hour+ to complete and after it did, the converted MP4 file had shrunk and the visual quality was appauling. It had frame rate issues, resolution is down below even standard definition, but The whole idea was to transfer iTunes videos and place them onto my games console, so I even used the PS3 format, which is designed to make the video compatible with PS3; but it shrink wrapped it. In fact I have tested every single format from MPEG, AVI, WMV, MP4 MP4-AVC MPEG-2 and MPEG-1 and they all have poor picture quality. The sound is also awful on all formats.
Do not buy this product, don't listen to the good reviews, the ones on here are telling the truth. After this I won't be using Aimersoft or iTunes again.

Poor Utility
After using this to convert AAX files from Audible I found it to be a complete waist of my time.
Firstly, the application installs a virtual soundcard thus disabling any sound from the system. Once the conversion is complete I had to manually reinstall the soundcard driver to restore original sound.
The files recorded at 1x speed
Some of the files had worked and some hadn't
If batches of files will end up with the same name it freezes after the recording making the file useless
When I was listening to one of the files I realised that it had recorded any windows sounds whilst doing the conversion! All of the files had done this, so I have email notifications and USB insertions sounds throughout all my books, great!
Don't waste your time with this...
Unless you can run a dedicated ma

Aimersoft Drm Media Converter Best Left Alone
I purchased Aimersoft's DRM Media Converter so I could play tunes I had purchased from iTunes on my other devices. Reviews I read looked good so I made the purchase. The download and install were straight forward and all seemed to work well. However, when I went to play the tracks back all I got was silence. I contacted Aimersoft Support and they were quite helpful, but in the end they could not make it work. So...I asked for my money back. They explained that they never liked to lose a customer So they would upgrade me to the Aimersoft Video Converter Ultimate at no additional charge. I downloaded that and after running a test on a couple of tunes it seemed to work fine. They sent me an unlocking code and all seemed fine, I even sent them a great review for their excellent service.
Only one problem. After converting about 500 songs I realized that they were all cropped at 2 minutes, like it was still in test mode. Once again I contacted Aimersoft and after several attempts to fix it and even installing it on a brand new clean machine we could not get it to work. So once again I asked for my money back. This time I was told that it was over 30 days and I had after all written them a nice review so they would not be able to refund my money.
Bottom line is I could not get either of their products to work, either on an older Windows 7 Ultimate machine or a new Windows 8 Pro machine. If you insist on buying Aimersoft, test everything thoroughly within your 30 days, because even if you have a ticket registered you will not get you money back when the product fails.
