Nice in making melody tracks. The output is not really usable right away but it gives you the correct note. I use if for drafts only. I have to enter the notes again with correct lengths into Cakewalk or Finale.

Professional or good musicians do not need it although it is a good help for wind instruments. I noticed that when using a wind instrument (recorder), long notes are less likely to break into smaller notes.
