Iphone 6 Lead

Lead is used on Dailey use. 1st one lasted one month replacement 2 weeks! Customer support appalling and just lies the blame at my way of using it! No attempts to resolve problem. Cheap Chinese lead would have lasted longer!

Don't Deal With This Appalling Company

I bought a charger for my iphone 6 to fit onto my Honda Motorcycle. It turned out to be faulty.

I spent 6 weeks trying to get a replacement (retail price £9.00) and got totally messed around. I'd paid to send the unit back only for them to suggest that they never received it. This part must have a cost of £4-5 to them. Why not immediately just send out another unit to keep the customer happy??

Since then I have read lots of reviews suggesting exactly the same tactics have been used on other people.

It's disgusting how a company can blatantly rip people off. There business must be in trouble if they need a fiver tis bad.

Use them at your own peril

I 'phoned them up to tell them their website was'nt working well( not rudely) I got halfway through that sentence,when the women interrupted me and said GLAD YOU LIKE THE WEBSITE NOW GO AND BUY YOUR STUFF ELSEWHERE!!! Try it yourself, phone them up ask a few questions,see how they respond,then imagine if you had a complaint how far do you think you'd get?

Terrible Customer Service

When enquiring about a product on the 'phone I was told "the item is not on the website' and the person was very unhelpful telling me to email and they will see. After fruitless attempts to get some help I said I would get the product elsewhere. The person was very rude and unhelpful and when I asked to speak to a senior manager I was told the person I was speaking to was the MD - says a lot for the customer service doesn't it. I said I would let people know my dealings with the company and the person called me an "idiot". Obviously not interested in their customers.

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a sat nav ram bracket for my motorcycle on line. After nearly a week I called to enquire where it was as was shown in stock when ordered and the money had been taken from my accout. Customer helpline was rude and useless. No help what so ever. After several calls to simply enquire I was told I'd been given a refund. No explanation. When I asked why and said I'd wait if the items were out of stock the women cursed me and hung up the phone.

Buyer beware!!!!

Terrible Customer Service

Motorcycle charging cable failed after a couple of uses. Returned the item expecting it to be replaced. I received an email saying it is faulty saying that its a broken wire caused by a kink in the wire. No idea how this conclusion was reached because the accompanying photo showed the cable still in tact. The item is not up to use on a motorcycle. After several emails exchanges I was informed the £8 item had been sent back to the manufacturer in China for inspection!!!!!!

Total lack of customer care. If you don't have to return anything then fine but if you have a problem don't expect to be looked after.

Poor Customer Service

Bought a bike mount for a Garmin 64s. Couldn't mount the gps as it was far too tight. Returned item but Karl insisted the item was OK - can't see how he knew this as he had no 64s to try it with lol.

After several email exchanges I gave up and have referred the matter to Paypal to recover postage costs.

M/c Nuvi Power Supply

Bought this power supply for a Nuvi 2598, and wired it all up OK, but the Nuvi thinks it is plugged into a PC, and stays in PC mode. Buy-bits heelp was not helpful on the matter, and they only suggest cleaning the connections with abrasive paper - not easy on a mini usb!

Excellent Service But Poor Website

I wanted to buy some new glue-plates for a Scala G9 intercom and found BuyBits through Google. I use Chrome as my default browser and found the site worked very badly with it, not handling the number of items required correctly and preventing the amount being varied. I did get it to work with IE but I am put off by sites that are written with IE and its foibles as the default.

Having placed my order, however, the service could not be faulted. I received an email to let me know that it had been despatched within an hour and the parts arrived safely, having been well-packed, in double-quick time.
