Great All Purpose Phone

This phone is great for business use on the go. The email system is quick and easy to use. The qwerty keyboard is a bonus and makes typing faster. App World lets you download a massive choice of apps to enhance your phone features. Overall this is a big improvement on previous BlackBerrys, especially as there is no inefficient touchscreen to wrestle with! Battery lasts ages unless you are streaming from youtube. WiFi connection is easy t set up for free and quick internet access.

Blackberry Curve 9800

I received my delivery a day before the actual date so I was very happy with the shipping and when it arrived I was very happy with the packaging and the item itself because it was in a very good condition. Also I would recommend this seller to anyone who is not sure about buying things online :)

Blackberry Curve 8900. What's All The Hype For?

The Blackberry curve is not worth all the hype it is getting! Especially on the T-Mobile network. The coverage area is terrible. Service is lost if you get 25 miles or more from a major city. Download and upload speeds are way to slow and the memory on the phone is to small. I downloaded 3 songs and it slowed my phone down to the point that it would crsh when ever I tried to check my email. The Blackberry Curve 8900 doent offer you the tools needed to be classified as a Smart phone. I regret spending my hard earned money on it. As far as T-Mobile, they say I would need to pay an arm and a leg to upgrade to a better phone. The monthly service charge for just basic voice service is just way to high. The blackberry Curve 8900 is also very fragile. Be carful not to drop it because it will shatter into peices and then you will have to pay a fortune to get it replaced.

Sadly Not As Good As An Iphone

I'll start with the good points to this phone

: Texting is super fast and super easy thanks to the qwerty keypad

: BBM (blackberry messenger) is one of the best features of the phone, and is now what i use more than texting!

: it has a good quality camera on the phone

: reception is generally good

: good for email

some negatives

: the battery life could be greatly improved, i'm lucky if i get two days before i need to recharge

: internet speed is poor, even with WiFi on, it's not so slow that it makes things impossible, but does try your patience. Also cannot open Java script or other applications

: The applications available for the phone are much less than other smart phones (eg iPhone)

: The phone can freeze very often making it impossible to do anything, for sometimes full days

Overall, i'm happy with the phone and would buy another blackberry, despite certain issues (such as internet speed and the phone freezing) being quite major issues to me.

This Was My First Ever Blackberry, Used It For 18

This was my first ever Blackberry, used it for 18 months and found it very easy to use and access all my emails. The battery and internet broswer aren't excellent, but for business use it does the job.

Have now upgraded to the new Blackberry Torch which has a better batter, bigger screen and better browser, plus its touch screen and has a full qwerty keyboard so it better than an iphone i think :-)

A Blackberry Is Everything It Says It Is On The Pa

A Blackberry is everything it says it is on the packet. It is basically a computer in a mobile phone, and I find I hardly ever use my laptop anymore.

I have had minimal problems with my phone, and I have had it 7 months now, the only problem I get is that photo's sometimes don't delete until you restart the phone, which takes a very very long time.

Also, you can't save text messages, and texts are shown as instant message type conversations, but that's not really a problem. The camera is OK quality, but I wouldn't get the phone if you're looking for a good camera.

Blackeberry Messenger is a great application, it allows Blackberry users to message each other instantly, showing when the message has been delivered and read, and it's usually free with the package.

I do pay £35 a month for my phone, but it's well worth the money, and I would recommend them to anyone!

This Phone Has The Qualities Of A Top-of-the-range

This phone has the qualities of a top-of-the-range smartphone, with one lacking feature: 3G. The keyboard is excellent, and so is the trackball. A decent camera with flash, too. There is a big collection of apps to download, and with WiFi, this phone certainly is handy. However, the lack of 3G is highly dissappointing in a phone of this quality.

This Was The Very First Blackberry I Bought For My

This was the very first Blackberry I bought for myself and I have been rather impressed with it. I found the functions of this phone rather easy to use, even if you are using a Blackberry for the very first time.

On the downside, I did find the GPRS internet connection a little slow for general web browsing (it's a pity that the faster 3G is not supported on this phone) and I have noticed that the \"easy ball\" doesn't glide as easily as it used to (I've had this phone for 8 months now)

All in all, I found this phone very helpful and easy to use. If however you want a faster connection to the internet I would suggest you go for the Blackberry 9000 series.
