Rubbish

This never worked, it didn’t make my legs feel silky smooth and it did not get rid of my unwanted hairs. It is an expensive product which was useless.. back to the Razor

I would never recommend this to anyone.

Waste Of Money

I was bought this as a present, what a total waste of money!! If I had been buying it I would have read the reviews and not bothered. The TV advert is all hype, IT SIMPLY DOESNT WORK! I could handle the smell of singed hair but it left a stubble that wasn't removed with the pad, I used it religiously for nearly 6 weeks but in the end I had to go back to my trusty epilator as it want removing some hairs, very time consuming even if it did work. Called the helpline to get a return code and was told as it was not bought direct from NONO I would have to adhere to Argos' return policy.

No!no! Pro 5 - Sorry No No Thanks

Firstly, in my experience, this is only a temporary hair removal tool like say a razor, only this burns the hairs off rather than cutting them. Bearing this in mind, you experience a burnt hair smell throughout the time you use it which isn't very pleasant but you get used to it. It takes FOREVER to use and so you need the patience of a saint! It advises you don't go over the same area more than 4 times (and only in one direction) but if you stick to that it doesn't really work. It's easy to use on straight areas like legs but much harder to use on curved areas such as underarms where you have to pull the skin taught with one hand and use the No!No! with the other so it doesn't 'bump' along over your skin. I bought this specifically for the coarser hairs that have sprung up around and under my chin (I'm at that age!)and have found that it doesn't remove these at all - even on the highest (hottest) setting which I found too hot on my sensitive skin. I don't think I'd want to use it on my face.

Personally I wouldn't recommend this as it's expensive, smelly, time consuming and in my humble opinion it is only a temporary hair remover at best.

If you do want to try it for yourself I would recomment you get it from whoever gives you the longest time period to try it so that if it doesn't work for you then you can send it back and get your money refunded.

Agreed

I agree with all the other reviews on here, bought my mother one for her birthday and had to take it back as it didn't even work. Its not like she has gorilla hair so it cant keep up, her hair is normal so i would image that this product just isnt very good anyway, very sad.

Don't Bother

What a waste of time - it just burns some hairs so stinks but leaves your legs hairy and bristly - like using a blunt razor! Thankfully I bought mine from Boots so a return was no problem for me - I really tried it properly and followed all instructions but it just doesn't di the job - don't waste your money

No No No!

This doesn't do what it says on the tin. True, the product burns away hair but only down to the skin, giving a very stubbly result. It's very fiddly and time consuming and definitely not worth the money. Swapped mine for a good old fashioned epilator.

I Would Not Recommend

This product doesn't get you as smooth as it suggests and the thermatips do not last. Luckily they do have a 60 day money back option but unfortunately I missed the deadline. I would have been sending it back otherwise. If you have very fine hair for removal it is ok but you can still feel a slight stubble, not smooth as they suggest. For underarm and bikini lines...no chance! For the cost I would have expected a much better product!
