All In All, The Kodak Dx4330 Is Really Good Value

All in all, the Kodak DX4330 is really good value for money. A good entry level digital camera, for someone who wants to take a few snaps. The lense cap is annoying, but you get used to it. Be carefull

, as most sites, don't give you batteries or a charger as standard, so that is not included in the price.

Purchasing The Camera Dock For The Kodak Dx4330 Is

Purchasing the camera dock for the Kodak DX4330 is a must (acts as battery charger and transfer station to PC). Features include auto, night, sport, landscape & macro settings. Internal memory is 16 mb, so extra memory is a must. Built-in flash with red eye feature. Kodak's EasyShare software included with the camera is very good for managing files and emailing pictures to friends and family. Lens cover separate (which is disappointing). LCD screen is average. Menu features simple to use.

I Purchased A 128mb Memory Card For The Kodak Dx43

I purchased a 128MB memory card for the Kodak DX4330 as the 16Mb wasn't going to be enough. When the disk was full the camera wouldn't let me review the pictures for deleting in order to make more room. When I tried to view them on my computer, it apparently deleted all but four pictures. Very distressing!

I Like Several Things About The Camera As Mentione

I like several things about the camera as mentioned in the bad and good points but over all I'm disappointed in the clarity and sharpness with anything on the macro or even overall scenics. The camera has many great points like exposure compensation and seeing different focal lengths to shoot in macro and telephoto. It also does pretty well in low light on wide angle. However, if you use telephoto or macro it will blur and breakup even with a tripod and still image.

My First Digital Camera. Easy For Snapshots And W

My first digital camera. Easy for snapshots and with very good quality. Only takes 2 AA batteries so battery life is not good particularly if the "live view" screen is used a lot. Luckily the viewfinder is very good.

As an example taking 4 charged NiMH batteries on holiday gave me 160 pictures over 2 weeks without using "live view".

The Kodak CRV3 Lithium battery gives almost twice the life of the NiMH. However it costs £8 a pop and is not rechargeable (unless you clutter your desk top with a £40 docking station)

Occasionally the rather infantile easy-to-use features are a bit irritating but it remains a very good camera.

Also from Jon Green, after 12 months of use the optical quality failings compared to other 3.1mp cameras became clearer. Compared to the 2003 offerings from Olympus it was rugged bit only moderate to poor value.

I Have Always Purchased Kodak Cameras. This Is My

I have always purchased Kodak cameras. This is my newest purchase and I am thrilled. The camera is a step up from the one that I had. You can't beat the picture quality and zoom for the price. Also it takes 2 AA lithium batteries. They can be purchased fairly inexpensively from Walmart. If you buy rechargeable you can use them over and over. It has internal memory so that you can take pictures right away, but for those away from home pictures you need a MMC/SD card. These cards can be used in almost all of the newer cameras now. The internal memory can only get you about 16 BEST quality pictures. Fabulous camera for the price.

Kodak Easyshare Dx4330 Is Easy To Use And One Mont

Kodak EasyShare DX4330 is easy to use and one month into ownership doing well. Nicely replaced my 35mm camera after a lot of shopping around. More than satisfied with results it produces.Naff Video. Software not compatible with my old slow computer so have to use card reader. Kodak not very helpful on their email help desk.

Picture Quality Seems Very Good Especially On Outd

Picture Quality seems very good especially on outdoor & "view" shots. Colour is good outside but hard to get right for indoor portraits. Battery life good.

Pity it will not recharge through the usb lead as I don't want a "docking station" cluttering my desk. The rotary switch seems a bit iffy, occasionally not selecting cleanly possibly a build quality problem

Overall a great price for this performance.

I Got This Camera For Christmas With The Easyshare

I got this camera for Christmas with the Easyshare II Dockstation. Opened up the box, followed the quick start guide and within half an hour I had very good pictures on my computer. It really is that easy. Not being a pro at this game I couldn't believe how easy things are. Yes I will have to study to learn all about it's advanced features but at the moment the pictures are fantastic by just turning it on, pointing and shoot all in "auto" mode. Ok a couple of indoor pictures never quite came out as I intended but it was my first time. I've even printed one of the pictures on a normal inkjet printer, again no complaints. I used the Dockstation to transfer the pictures onto my computer with one touch of my little finger, how easy is that? For me (an idiot with camera's) this is a first class winner. Please note my ratings are based soley on using this camera for a short time.

I have to agree that as a first Digital Camera the DX4330 is very easy to use right out of the box...

This Digital Is Excellent In Every Way Except Pict

This digital is excellent in every way except picture quality in auto - and this is the way most will use it!

If you have not tried other cameras you may not notice the lack of sharpness.

I sent my Kodak back for a refund.

Maybe the 4mpix ls443 is better... read some reviews

dude this is a great camera. I have used one for 1 and a half years and found it extremly good. The image quality is superb. I hightly recomend the dx4330 to anyone looking for a great holiday camera!

I find the picture quality is great on this camera. Also, it does come with a lens cap (and the strap that has a very convinient attachment location on the left side of the camera to keep the lens cap attached to the camera but out of the way while taking pictures). This camera works very well in a wide range of circumstances. I have taken beautiful landscape pictures of vermont mountains, without loss of far away detail. I've also been able to use this camera as a scanner, it focuses on text sharply, to the point where I can take a picture of an 8x11 document and view it on my computer as if I had used a scanner...

I'm very pleased, and recommend the 4330.

I THOUGHT THE PICTURE WAS TOP QUALITY, BEST I HAVE SEEN IN THIS PRICE RANGE. BUILD QUALITY IS A LITTLE IFFY FOR MY LIKING BUT OTHER THAN THAT I THINK ITS A GOOD ALL ROUND CAMERA

mlsw1.

I believe you may have a defective Kodak DX4330 Digital Camera. I get great sharp pictures all around even within 1 ft with very good color matching. I have even took some shots within 10 inches with flash and got great shots no white outs, to landscape mode. The LCD screen is a nice feature as well, it does work much better in high light areas, but has some wash out which is to be expected to some point. But still a very needed improvement from the past. This is NOT my first digital camera I have had many thoughout the years. For the picture quality and the features of this camera I believe it is worth the money.
