Polaroid PDV-0700

The Polaroid PDV-0700 is a good buy. A good player for the $, good price at $179.00 at Best Buy. Speaker sound quality needs improvement, but OK with a good set of headphones.

I really love this Polaroid PDV-0700 portable DVD player, I did my research before purchasing one and the Polaroid brand was getting some really great reviews. I paid $198 at Best Buy and my dvd player is not a rebuilt one (they were selling rebuilt Polaroid 7" screens for the same price PLUS shipping on Ebay!!). I'd have to say the worst part is the battery design, it comes loose easily and then of course you have to restart the movie. But this is really quite minor, as long as you're not buying it for your children. I really love it, I use it every night. If you're really not too technical and not picky about picture and sound quality, I'd highly recommend the Polaroid portable dvd player.
