If you want an amazing value Water Park in Asia, the Waterbom Parks are the way to go! The one in Bali offers great value for money, with loads of rides and activities for kids & adults alike, and a welcome respite from the heat, with tree lined paths and cabanas where they bring you very cheap cocktails as fast as you can drink them! When the kids get bored with the 'cultural' side of the holiday & the parents are feeling like a quieter day, this is the ideal retreat! The food and beverage prices are very cheap, even by Bali standards and you can also get reflexology or a massage whilst the kids play. My daughter learnt how to SCUBA dive there in the pools for the whopping price of AU$7! There's also reverse bungee and loads of huge & varies waterslides and pools. The family ticket was very cheap & to make it even better value, you can get a ticket for a second day at half price as long as you purchase it before you leave the park.
