Roland Roycraft, Fill Your Watercolors with Light and Colour

I teach watercolour in Australia and this is one of my all time favourite books. I show it to every class as it is one of the most innovative and unique books written on the subject. His work is sublime.

Discusses important techniques including mixing paints on the paper for unexpected and original results. He covers painting the negative space very nicely as well as direct painting. I am only part way into this book, but am quite pleased!
