The Microbiome Diet

I purchased this book after hearing about the benefits of gut health. I found this hook too involved or busy and feel it would be hard to follow and maintain. Trying to get all the added supplements would be difficult also. I believe it could be simplified and made easy to follow. I'll put it on the shelf now. A good idea at the time but not for me
