Paul Stallard, Think Good - Feel Good

I found Paul Stallard, Think Good - Feel Good a great book to give me ideas about activities we could do. It gave me masters of sheets I used to make up a booklet that we either did together as we chatted or the child does here and there as they feel ready/want to do it. It is lots of simple sheets that can be as easy or complex as you make them. I found it very useful to repeat sheets at different times as this gave the same results repeatedly or different results at different times. This also showed up patterns in some cases and a change/progress to better moods/feelings as we talked more about things . The sheets give a good record to look back on. Plus there is help/advice/guidelines for the adult using the book.
