So Much Money For Something That Will Only Work Fo

So much money for something that will only work for less than 6 months. I regret buying this and their customer service is horrible. STAY AWAY!

Gioteck Gaming Chairs Are Not Worth The Money - Avoid

Bought a Gioteck gaming chair. Speakers stopped working after four months. Contacted the Gioteck customer support - had to try on three separate occasions before I actually got any sort of response. Then when they did it wasn't very good - totally dismissive. No help at all. In my opinion avoid - poor product and poor customer service.

Rubbish Product And Customer Service - Avoid

I recently purchased an Gioteck RC3 Gaming Chair and was very disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of help from the manufacturers aftersales service.

The Gioteck RC3 gaming chair had a faulty speaker and a problem with the upholstery splitting. I emailed the manufacturer and got no response whatsoever. I can only assume from reading other damning reviews on Gioteck gaming chairs available on the Internet that they have been deluged with similar complaints and taken a head in the sand strategy!

My advice - avoid Gioteck gaming chairs if you want quality.

Absolute Rubbish

I recently purchased a Gioteck gaming chair from Argos website - a most regrettable experience!

I have learnt one thing for certain - make sure you do your research online fully before you look at the lovely glossy photos and sales pitch!

A quick review of feedback on the internet appears to endorse my view that Gioteck is the brand of gaming chairs to be avoided. It looks as though both individual customers and even trade customers have had terrible experiences with the quality of this product.

The quality of the speakers in particular was rubbish - clearly cheap and nasty. Not good when the key part of this product is that it is a sound chair.

One thing to watch out for is that there appears to be some level of link between Gioteck and Priferential gaming chairs.

Maybe the soon to be launched Prif Speedster Gaming Chair is an attempted rebrand of Gioteck?
