Do Not Bother
Went there for a party, was cramped onto 4 tables with far too many seats. Had to wait over 2 hours for the food to come, and when it did, there were hairs in the desserts, and when we complained, we were threatened to be thrown out. The staff were very rude and did not apologise or try to rectify the situation which led to half of us leaving early, after a very disappointing evening.
Not one of us will be returning, or recommending the cinnabar to anyone.
Seems to me that all they were interested in was taking our money, very bad customer service.
If you want a night out, I suggest you find somewhere else to go!!!!

We Went To Cinnabar For Breakfast Last Week, The S
We went to Cinnabar for breakfast last week, the service was very slow. It took at least 10 minutes for the waitress to bring our drinks to us. There were only two other tables in so it wasn't very busy. We then had a 20 minute wait for our food by which time our drinks were finished. Both breakfasts were luke warm. I had eggs benedict & the ham under the eggs was fridge cold My husband had the full English which cost £5.95, I would't say it was good value for money. The waitress didn't check back to see if we were ok or to ask if we wanted anymore drinks with our food. When we paid the bill (£17-00 for two people)we expressed our disappointment & stated if she had checked on us we could of said something to which she made an excuse to why she didn't check on us! Even though I don't think that is part of their customer service procedure as she didn't go back to the other tables. I didn't feel that she made any effort to rectify the situation & will not be going back. Would not recommend
