this place has just gone downhill used be good but below average is all i can say

I agree with the previous report the state of the toilets are to mildly say disgusting. A lot of people judge the hygeine of a restaurant from the clenliness of the toilets. If this is anything to go by you wouldn't eat here, however as we had come from London we decided to try it. The food was very average,(they wouldn't get away with it in London). The Mix grill tasted like it had been cooked previously and then reheated in the microwave when ordered. The staff are rude, very untrained and very unprofessional. When we asked for an extra plate, they said we couldn't have one! Was this not a restaurant? We asked to speak to the Manager and was told he was too busy (there was 8 people eating in there). Compared to other pub/restaurants nearby. the drinks are very very expensive, nearly £3.60 for a pint of lager and £2 for a childrens fruit shoot! Yes £2.00 for a fruit shoot which is 50p in the shops. We understand that you have to make a profit, but even compared to London Standards this is a rip off. On top of all this there was a 10% service charge!!! What a joke Service charge? There was no service? If the owner is reading this please note In this current climate, Everyone is checking prices. People want value for money, without sacrificing quality. We are prepared to wait for fresh food. Please take this tip, take all your staff and go and eat and drink at the Regency in Queensbury, London. See how they do it, you will learn a lot of things.

Have just come back from paprika. Open your eyes up wide and take a look at the corners, floor, chair cushions, surfaces, cutlery, toilets. Everything is just disgusting in there, I even convinced my 3 year old daughter to put a knot in it rather then use the toilets where the floor was covered in urine. The food was sloppy! We ordered a mixed sizler and it looked and tasted as if it had been microwaved!! Not worth 12 pounds for 7 pieces of sloppy tasteless meat. The last time i ate here was approx 1 year ago when the food and hygene was better, lord knows what's happened since!? Avoid this place - trust me.

The food used to be great but the chefs changed and its gone down hill i'm sad to say. We sent our food back the last time we went they broght back the same tomatoe soup with boiled chicken. This place used to be our favourite as the kids loved it but a big disapointment for us, have heard the same from other families

We have have been going to paprika for the past few months and i have to say, the quality of the food is really good as well as the service.

carpets need a a change, but other than that its a great atmostphere for all the family.

My kids play in the play area while we we enjoy our meal.

There eat as much as you like is a great offer. especially if you like to eat a variety.

The food is is different to the normal curry houses. We like it and will continue to go there.

Had a couple of drinks with snacks from the "Tapas Menu". We did not get time to finish off our snacks as we had to rush back to London. Asked the Manager if we could have our snacks packed to take out. We were refused this service and was told notice was on the boared that this was not allowed even though I paid for them . May I point out this notice does not specify on the menu but on some wall!!!!

I guess the left over would just go to the next person who orders it and get re heated.

Terrible treatment, over priced. The all you can eat option is a on since they don' bring you anything and make you wait for so long you think you may as well go home - food was also really fake. Obviously full of MSG, other flavour enhancers and flavourings - my wife has been ill for 2 days since eating there and I felt like I had a hangover without drinking.

We were sold the 9.95 all you can eat option - I didn't want to eat much but opted for it as my husband wasn't allowed it if I didn't and it gave him an opportunity (or so we hoped) of trying lots of different dishes. They would only serve ONE plate to each of us at a time, and you then had to wait 20 minutes to order another. Ridiculous! We were there for 90 minutes in an almost empty restaurant to begin with, and my husband ate one starter, one main and some naan bread - and although he wanted to try another dish we decided to go home rather than wait another 40 minutes. The food left a bad taste in my mouth - literally. It was also far too loud, you couldn't even talk to one another to pass the time. I will never eat there ever again.

I would never suggest this resturant to any friends or family. Because when I was there with my family we was treated like criminals, I had brought a drink for my daughter and as I sat down a person behind the bar came to us and said to us "There is camera's here if you drink it we will kick you out" Also we noticed he was looking at us just incase my daughter did drink it. After that the man came back to use suggesting that she can now drink it. 20 mins later I thought that I had to cancel my table if we was going to be treated like this. Therefore I had saw one of the waiter walking around so I gestured him to come over and when he did he told not to gesture to him like that. So to sum this is a very bad resturant and disgraceful!

we go to Paprika, Leicester quite regularly and have never been disappointed.
