The Deeping Stage, Market Deeping

The hotel room was fine staff pleasent . However on returning to the hotel on Friday and Sat evenings we couldn't get to sleep until about 3.00am because of the noise. On the second night there were five police cars outside the hotel! It was a nightmare on complaining I was told didn't they tell you how noisy it would be at the weekends.!

Service & Food were outstanding and it was very busy so this was an acheivement for all those working there. The newly refurbished restaurant lookss very nice indeed.

Highly recommend this establishment to anyone considering a meal or just a glass of wine with the Sunday papers.

We tried this place on a Sunday for the first time as friends had recommended it and we are quite local. We had the Sunday roast, and it was excellent. The service was very good and we will defintely go again.

The Deeping Stage in general was a very pleasant lunchtime meal served by a pleasant young waiter but spoiled by easily rectified minor quibbles. 3rd jan 2008

I'm sorry to say that I feel The Deeping Stage is a 'wolf in sheep's clothing'; looks good but tastes the opposite. Its such a shame that what looks really nice doesn't cut the mustard for me. I found it to be a real disappointment.

My general comment would be that I will never ever go back to the Deeping Stage and I will be recommending to all my friends that they give it a particularly wide berth!4* prices for 1* food is my explanation of the Deeping Stage and I completely fail to see why others have scored it any higher...

We had our wedding at the Stage and we were very impressed. The staff were very helpful and polite, just what you need on your wedding day. I would certainly recommend them.

The Deeping Stage Market has very high quality of food, like no other in the locality.
