I visited recently on a Sunday afternoon, to be impressed by the grand exterior and entering into a hallway faced with dark oak and chandiler lighting.

The staircase takes you to the top balcony with more dark oak and sense of preserved age and old decor.

The main bar area is spacious alongside the ample seating area for dining.

Staff are at hand and very attentive and polite considering the long hours they commit too.

The food was perfect and served warm although the only negative is it did go cold quick which could be down to no pre heated plates. This was a little disappointing but overal did not ruin my experience.

Price wise was good as deals on two or three course available.

It is well worth visiting and experiencing just for the ambience and surroundings.
