Moneyball

Really enjoyable film. I think the only way I would have liked it better is if I had a fuller understanding of Baseball itself. But my enjoyment was not lessened because of this.

Jonah Hill in a serious role is really good as a number cruncher who catches the eye of small ball club manager Brad Pitt. He has a radical new way of thinking about how to assess players attribute and pick your team. Pitt is disillusioned with the game as more of his players are bought up by the big boys, and decides to have a go with this new technique. Most people are against them and things don't start well but eventually.....you get the picture.

Great story and well made.
