Back in 2015 I purchased a Latitude Festival package from them and they were helpful and it all went well.

Recently I tried to contact them to ask about the Isle of Wight Festival but despite a number of messages via their website I received no response.

It also appears that they no longer respond to email and have no telephone number either!

I'll be steering well clear in future and suggest you do the same.
