Already Wilted Plants
I purchased Meconopsis HIMALAYAN BLUE POPY jUMBO pLUGX3 from Garden Bargain, Ideal World TV.
It arrived 6 days later. They are small, some leaves broken off and all looks wilted. These plants may not survive I fear.
On TV programme they are potted in individual pot but they came in a green plastic container with hardly any white tiny roots visible.
I'll never buy anything from them again. I feel cheated.
I Ordered A Foreknow Snow Bike And It Has Not Arri
I ordered a Foreknow snow bike and it has not arrived over 1 month later. It said that delivery was up to 14 days. I have emailed several times and always get the same reply. “We will get back to you” and they never do. Do you use them or buy from them. I WILL REMOVE THIS REVIEW WHEN I GET MY BIKE!!!
Standard Ceanothus
Bought 2 ceanothus standard trees, absolutely pathetic, though I was getting a bargain! They are tiny and very poor quality, I will never buy from ideal world again!!
Poor Customer Service
Ordered a Rug Doctor over a fortnight ago. Placed the order successfully, payment taken and then nothing. Have contacted customer services several times who agree there is a problem but can't articulate what, or when it's likely to be resolved. Appreciate things go wrong but customer service is about dealing with them when they do. I would expect any professional organisation to say sorry, this is the issue, this is what we're doing to resolve it and this is the likely timescale. At least customers would know where they they stood rather than being in limbo.

my daughter Brought me drill all drill bits complete rubbish can't drill even soft steel only goes through soft brick total waste of money u be better of going to the pound shop and buying there stuff
Garden Bargaine
I purchased some of their colossus strawberry plants. They said on the programme this is the size of the plugs you will receive..... Some of them are so small they look as though they will not survive . I have bought other things from garden bargains with mixed results and have contacted them for a refund several times but I thought I would try once more which was a mistake. The quality of their products has definitely worsened.

Not very responsive, have to call a premium rate 13-20p a minute number to find out why they have not shipped an order, only to get no human.
Generic email responses with no useful or helpful information.
Will never use the company again unless they significantly improve their customer care. Looks like I'll have to do a charge back through bank as I cannot see me getting the expensive order.
Think I'll stick to QVC and TJC if I do anymore teleshopping.
Ideal world need to really get a grip, luckily I'll be covered by section 75 to get my money back as that's the only way forward I fear.
Electro Townmaster Ebike
I ordered and paid for an Electro Townmaster ebike on the understanding that if not suitable, I could return the goods within the specified 60 days period. After several short tests, I realised that it was not suitable for my requirements. I contacted the returns department and explained my concern and that I would like to return it. The person I spoke to requested that it be sent back in the original packing. I explained that I did not have the box it came in because I had no room to store it. He then told me to seal it in bubble wrap and he would arrange for collection. The item was picked up by Tufnalls transport to be returned to God knows where. I then received and email to say that the charger was missing. I know that it was returned and completely sealed within the package. I rand the returns department to explain this. Several days later I received another email to say that there were scratches on the frame. I know that this was not the case because there was not a mark on it. I again rang to complain about this and they then said what refund would I accept. I cannot believe that I have been duped by what would appear to be a genuine TV shopping channel
Hopeless Company And No Customer Service At All
They only have premium rate telephone numbers. If there is a problem and every time I have bought anything there has been - there is no one to help you or take your complaint. Avoid this company at all costs.
They Take Your Money But Do Not Send Your Goods!
I placed an order on 30.3.20 for a exercise bike. I was advised it would be with me within 5 working days. It has nearly been 3 weeks and still no sign of my bike. I have been emailing them daily. Most emails get ignored. Others say they are trying to track it. No tracking number has ever been recieved. I recieved the following email response back from them over a week ago...
"Since the order was a dispatch from the supplier warehouse we are unable to track the parcel as confirmed by them the order was despatched on 30/03/2020 and still you haven't received the order, hence at this point, we can only assume that this order has been lost in the courier network."
There it is, in black and white they confirm that they believe the item has been lost.
Off of the back of this confirmation I request an immediate refund. I then recieve the following..."Our aim will be to get your order to you as quickly as possible, however, the investigation should be completed within 10 working days. If we are unable to track down your parcel, we will refund the order. We will keep you informed of our investigation and the outcome."
I do not want another item. I want my money back! They have confirmed the item is missing, yet refuse to issue me an immediate refund!
I only wish I had checked out the reviews prior to making a purchase. I continue to battle with this company for my money back!!

Where do I go for repairing my gardening multi-tools?
Ideal World should be able to give you the details of the service centre from their supplying company. If it is less than 3 months old then I would ask Ideal World to sort it out for you. Just remember that your Warranty may say you only have 12 months cover but the law say's that the item should work for what a 'reasonable person' would think is appropriate.
It is too expensive to call and place an order, as you are being asked several questions over and over? A land line number would be ideal for customers, as we have to pay high postage too, and don't want a high phone bill.
Avoid them at all times, I have had nothing but trouble with them, Phone bills, refunds, and arrogant people on the phone.
How can you get them to give you your refund and stop them taking more money from your card?
I agree with the answer from trevorr10 - be sure to write 'WITHOUT PREJUDICE' at the top of the letter also. Do not give up, if you are legitimately due a refund, they are contravening their terms of sale by not processing that refund within a reasonable time limit and you have a good case against them. This company needs everyone treated poorly by them to complain formally, otherwise they continue to miss-sell on their tv channel without being brought to task. They cleverly refuse to print poor reviews on their website stating 'technical errors' so new purchasers have no idea of the nightmare that lies ahead. The regulators need to be aware of the sub standard goods and service they provide before they can act against them.
