I ordered a soft hammer/mallet for INR 263 on Fri, Oct 20, 2017 at 7:38 PM after finding it cheapest on toolwale.com dring usual google search. I blindly trust them as I thought my payment would be secure by their payment gateway service provider (I opt to pay through payumoney). My Order Amount paid was Rs 263.00 as per payumoney acknowledgement email. My online transaction was successful as per payumoney aforementioned acknowledgement. It's already over a week now but toolwale.com support/contact neither acknowledged me my order dispatch status nor replied to my several emails sent to them. Even their payment gateway service provider (payumoney) is of no use. Payumoney would keep replying with contact address of merchant who is not traceable or replying to my emails. Toolwale support is even not picking my phone. I called them several times but the they have put the number on some voice call recording service all the time and will never pick the call him/her self ever. Hence if you don't want to loose your hard earned money then never buy anything (product/service) from toolwale/ or expertsinternetservices. Even payumoney is a providing payment gateway service to such a company as this.
