I used to shop around for my homebrew supplies, but after switching to Brewbitz, I haven't looked for anything else. Excellent customer service, reasonably priced items, and timely shipping. You may also call them if you ever need to double-check something and get a kind, helpful voice on the other end of the line. They come highly recommended.

I've emailed an order through at 3.30 in the afternoon and still got it the next day, and the company that deliver give you an hour window for delivery! you can spend £1000 on a sofa and they still make you wait in all day!

I had to ring them recently to add onto an order that I'd already made so they put the extra item in with my existing order and refunded my delivery charge on the other item.

The likes of British gas, British telecom should get in touch with these guys to see how a business can be run!!!!!!!!!!!!

I liked the products available for the beginner, ease of navigation throughout the website, price is good and especially the delivery, which was inexpensive speedy and awesome. My only want was more variety in products, the specialist/amature professional side of the brewing hobby is barely covered by what's available on the website. Overall brewbitz.com has been wonderful throughout my early development, and definitely worth your time :-)
