I was pleased with the selection offered by Master of Malt - they had 3 of the 5 varieties I wanted. However, the first delivery went missing because Master of Malt's delivery company allowed someone - an unknown stranger - to sign for my package who was not either of the two people I'd named. Customer service was very helpful and a replacement package was dispatched to a different address. But the delivery company's arrangements were so arcane and inflexible that receiving the package caused a huge amount of anxiety, stress and time waiting at home that I did not two days before Christmas. The malts arrived well-packed and were much enjoyed by my partner.

I was looking to buy a bottle of Limoncello Liqueur and found it very easily other this company.

The process of looking, ordering and paying for the liqueur was very easy.

Having now used this site a few times, I have been happy with the ease of ordering, the various payment methods and the great selection of malts.

The price was the best compared to other sites I looked at which included major supermarkets. I found it to be a very helpful, informative and easy to use website. Handy to be able to pay with Pay Pal. I was shopping for Ardbeg 10 year old single malt 46ABV and non chill filtered. This is currently my favourite malt and I was buying it for my son's birthday as I am trying to educate him to the delights of malt. A nice touch was to be able to get a personalised printed gift card at no extra cost. I also ordered a tasting glass, which I would have preferred to have been unbranded, but just my personal preference. They say the shape of the glass concentrates the "nose" not that I spend a lot of time smelling the whisky!!

I visited the Masters of Malt website to find interesting gins for a friend's birthday present. I settled on 10 samples of different kinds of gin. The descriptions and rating system on the website made it very easy to choose what to buy. I had some trouble with making the purchase because of some unrelated fraud activity on credit card. The customer service staff at Master's of Malt were attentive and extremely helpful in troubleshooting the online purchase. On top of that, I was worried that the package would arrive after my friend's birthday, especially since I was ordering from the U.S. and figured it would take awhile for the package to make its way to me. I finished the order on a Thursday and the package arrived by Tuesday! I would definitely recommend Master's of Malt.

I have been buying from Master of Malt for a long time. They have a very efficient site and sell a fantastic selection of special bottlings. You have to like whisky to but here but if you do their bottles are really, really good.

They also pack the bottles well, despatch quickly and you get your order very fast. All in all I cannot fault them.

Great service,delivery,good quality products every time.I found the website looking for a brand of whiskey that I could not find anywhere else. I especially recommend single malt whiskeys from small distilleries, they've been always been worth the money!
