Yes I did shout. I ordered a hamper for this Christmas for a friend. I got to the end of the whole process and was convinced I had ordered it but something went wrong. I knew nothing of this until I received an e-mail telling me my order had not completed. I contacted them by reply and within a day they had found my order and dispatched it. Excellent customer service.

I ordered a few hampers for staff gifts and the hamper emporium staff were excellent in sorting out my order and the products were delivered quickly and were amazing. Highly recommend the hamper emporium to anyone.

I purchased a gift basket from my location in Canada, to be sent to a local person in Sydney as a wedding present. The initial order process was fine, but when I checked with the newly married couple, they had not received it weeks later. I emailed them twice to check the status of the order, no response. I finally called (bearing in mind the time difference) and got a very casual response: it got returned. When I asked why, they had no answer, when I asked why I wasn't notified, no answer and when I asked what happens next, they said it would be redelivered shortly. Pretty disappointing, I wanted my money back at this stage, as 4 weeks to receive a wedding present was ridiculous, however as it was getting re-sent, they wouldn't do it, nor offer any compensation. Overall a pretty bad experience for something that was meant as a nice gift for the newly weds.

I bought a great gift basket from the hamper emporium and they deliver Australia wide for one flat cost so made it easy to price it. The hamper arrived 2 days after I ordered it and was very well received excellent service and products would recommend again.

I have relatives in Australia and came across 'The Hamper Emporium'. The fact that they didn't charge freight won me over as in Australia this can be ridiculously high! My relatives loved the hampers and I'm planning on buying a few different ones for other relatives in Australia this year. I would recommend this for anyone sending to Australia rather then paying for US or UK to Australia delivery charges (dont forget as well you have to pay customs charges as well due to their fauna and flora regulations!).
