Coombe Farm Organic Beef Steak Mince

Great food and customer service. The prices is affordable and I highly recommend this service.

I was a little worried that 350g of mince would not be enough to feed my family of 5, as I normally go for at least 500g when buying in the supermarket.

I need not have worried, this mince made the best lasagne I have ever cooked and everyone wolfed it down. As well as a much more apparent flavour (I find supermarket stuff a little bland in taste), the texture of the meat was more pleasant, rather than the squishy mess mince often ends up being.

I also noticed there was no cooking off of water when I browned the meat, which gave much better caramelisation of the mince and better flavour as a result, rather than the water resulting in a partially boiled mince.

Won't buy anything else now.
