Dodgy low quality fireworks & the people are rude - The positive reviews for this place are fake.

I recently bought from 1st galaxy after a friend and fellow pyro enthusiast told me about them...ive bought my fireworks from several large online retailers over the last few years and although there have been many great fireworks I had found a lack of quality and colour in many ranges...

1st Galaxy have a lovely website that has plenty of videos so I could see what I was buying, and what I found even better is the fireworks were better when I fired them than they were on the video...which has caught me out before when its been the other way around.

The Jorge Brand Fireworks seem to be the best to me, really well made, very load and lots and lots of variety..at one of the recent firework meets I went to recently the Jorge Fireworks did seem a lot better than everyone else's..

I'll be back at 1st Galaxy this year for sure

I have bought from them every year for the last five years, always spending 350 -> 400 pounds. This year I was a little disapointed as the 200 pound quasar kit contained "significantly" less fireworks for the same money than the previous year. In fact looking through the catalogues over the last four years it has been a steady pattern. The main kits are dominated by Britannia branded fireworks. Bundled rockets were disapointing this year and there were no decent cakes included and no wheels. Shame as in previous years we had been happy.

Good Quality Fireworks, High level of Service and very keen staff.

From phone call to display and firework delivery the guys at 1st Galaxy obviously tried their best to please.
