Awesome
Good presentations of the show and staffs were very helpful. We can visit at the weekend, as it will be too crowded. If you want any idea regarding the garden, you will find super to visit it.

Prohibitive Costs
Love Chelsea Flower show - just a shame it is a prohibitive price. Meaning it excludes people from lower incomes & the elderly. This is fast becoming an elitist experience. But maybe those of that ilk do not merit a garden or indeed to see the joys that flowers can bring! Shame on you - I thought better of the organisation. Also once in the arena no one can leave & return meaning a captive audience for the overly priced facilities. The exhibits themselves are beyond compare - the costing & treatment of the public a matter of indifference.
Pimms, Pimms, Pimms
Last week in May - the English equivalent of Cherry Blossom Festival in Japan arrives in Chelsea and it seems like the whole World descends on the Royal Chelsea Hospital.
Havn't been to the Flower Show for a little while - not because i dont want to - would love to go again if .. it was a little less expensive, little less crowded and little cheaper to get into London by train.
With an RHS Card - it is cheaper and easier to book tickets but because the event is so well covered by TV and the media - being present almost doesn't seem necessary.
Good to remember - a bag for all the free info you may pick up, wear good shoes and why not a selfie stick or periscope to be able to take photographs over the crowds of the Show Gardens.
Also a packed lunch with all your containers disposabale - if you want to save money but you can't miss having a Pimms and pausing in the parkland part of the event - where the Band plays - before you dive into the main area again.
Never been on a Friday afternoon when heard that display plants are sold at great prices. Althou the flowers may be have peaked by then - perhaps also the crowds.
The RHS has all the information you need to plan your visit on their website
An attendant with a Disabled person is admitted free and Disabled tickets can be booked by calling a number and Assistance Dogs are welcome. There is a special car park at Burton's Court but the price is high. Space can be reserved when booking a wheelchair or disabled ticket. The cost of parking is £19.50 for the day.
Parking otherwise for cars is pre booked in Battersea Car park - if using SatNav - use postcode SW11 4BY
The nearest tube station - is Sloane Square and from there - just follow the crowds.

Good But Not As Good As I Thought
I went to the Chelsea Flower show and thought it was good, but not amazing.
I guess Id seen it on TV for so many years that I thought it would be an amazing experience to see it 'in the flesh'
However, as its in central london it means that the amount of space they have is very limited and as a result of its popularity it really is very crammed in there
So, worth going but dont expect too much is my advice.

I've Not Seen Much Coverage Of The Chelsea Flower
I've not seen much coverage of The Chelsea Flower Show this year but it looks good. The plasticine garden is a bit gimmicky, but cool.
