Absolutely The Worst Way
top tip...take home your newly purchased lazyspa..inflate the pool..take the pump unit somewhere safe and smash it to bits with a mallet! That's all theyre good for!Ours lasted 3 weeks from new ..Bestway don't want to know! Save your money folks and put it towards a real hot tub from a reputable company.

Lazy Spa Paris
After buying this spa in 2016 ive had problems after problems. We've had so many leaks ive lost count. We've recieved 3 liners 2 lid liners 1 spa pump. An so many courtesy products. After several phone calls they've agreed to give me a extra year warranty! Bloody to right in a year weve used it once or twice. This spa is in a summerhouse which has protected wooden floor along with rubber matting that slots together. Yet again weve took down to put fresh water in to find a leak after a week of keeping a eye on it. The min level water has gone down to just on top of the pump heater! My summerhouse floor is ruined, the wood is so weak its caused it to go through. In speacking with management for a refund they ask silly questions did i intentionally do it! £970 pounds summerhouse an you think seriously i would do this on purpose.the company put all the problems down to me. I want compensation an i will take you to a small claims court! They come up with excisting cases hasnt been closed an require this information. I assure you all emails were sent and cut out product numbers. Where would i store all these liners etc. As stated to them you do not send products unless you got all infomation and pictures to close the case an except liability. Ive had enough these bestway services are bad. An i wouldnt definitely not recommend this item. Everytime you take it down or even replace the water the liner will split or something will go wrong beware!! I would spend your money on something better!!

Burst Liner With Only 1 Months Total Usage!!!
After much consideration my wife and I made the decision 7 months ago to purchase a Palm Springs hydrojet Lay-z-spa as a tenth wedding anniversary gift to each other - something we hoped we would get a lot enjoyment and use out of, for a long time to come.
Initially all was well, it was easily installed and operated very well and we were extremely happy with our purchase. This being the case, we had to pack the spa away shortly after purchasing it as local conditions weren't conducive to running it. Recently, we excitedly got it back out as conditions were again good and set it up again.
Now, in my ownership I had diligently maintained it, as it cost a lot of money - as you are all probably aware. My maintenance of the spa also, most definitely included paying attention to safe inflation pressure limits - that being 1.2 PSI. So with all this in mind, I set it up about two weeks ago and had since used it, maybe 3 or 4 times. All in all, since purchasing it, a total usage of definitely no more than one month. You could even tell it was barely used, as there was next to no discolouration inside the pool.
So, a few days ago I decide to heat the spa up for a dip later that night and as I'm sitting in my lounge I hear an extremely loud POP, puzzled I went outside and looked around trying to figure out what it was. I couldn't, so I went back inside, only to hear another loud POP a short while later. I went back outside and to my horror observed a large bulge in the liner and instantly realised what had happened.
Immediately I called the sales agent in the country I live and was told that despite it's light usage and due to it being a month out of warranty, the best they could do was offer another liner at cost price - not really good enough if you ask me given it's usage. Interestingly, as it turns out, all of the Palm Springs hydrojet liners are out of stock - go figure...
I can't speak to the other Lay-z-spa products, but assume they are likely as shoddily constructed as the Palm springs and as such it is my recommendation that the Best(more aptly named WORST)way, Palm Springs lay-z-spa hydrojet model, should be avoided like the the PLAGUE! In hindsight I wish I had spent more on a solid spa, which would have actually lasted and this would be the advice I would give to anyone thinking about purchasing a worstway pop-up spa. Again - an extremely weak product and a giant waste of money. Save your hard earned cash and spend it on something that actually lasts - LONGER THAN A MONTH!!!!!

Meldew
Brought a Spall springs in May 2018 and put up on July. Been treating it with chemicals only to find meldew all round top ring. Contacted Bestway and was told this could happen but no where does it state this only about condistation. I have brought 3 spas and never has this happened and kept them up all year round but this has been up 3 months. Customer service don't care stay clear of Bestway buy another make.

Sliced Finger Open Needed Stitches
Only had my spa for less then 2 months used it a few times last time was last week when I wiped my finger around the bottom of the tub to remove something stuck to the tub when I felt a sharp slice on my finger and started pouring with blood .noticed there's a really sharp edge that runs around the bottom of tub just below the air bubbles .could of been my bums cheeks or a child could of really hurt itself very very dangerous product be careful would avoid buying one. New York model not sure if all the same. Also lazy spa have totally ignored my email and not bothered to get back to me. Really bad device service and disgusting customer service team will be seeking legal advice.

Good Hot Tub But Not Long Lasting
Initially a great hot tub first use was great, works well after 7 months the belt that supplies the bubbles became loose tried to glue back in place but ended up not using the bubbles. Lay Z Spa are not interested as it was out of warranty after 6 months. Non existent customer service. Not good for a £800 investment.

$400 Leaking Nightmare Do Not Purchase
I purchased the Bestway lazy spa Paris hot tub through amazon 6/19/2016. At first, I loved it...it was east to set up. Being in PA, we have harsh winters so after using this tub 3 months, I took it down and stored it for winter. I decided to set up again in May 2017 and this is where my nightmare begins. The tub started leaking at the couplings, which was an easy fix with purchasing new couplings from Bestway Corporation.. still not a problem. I installed the couplings 7/18/2017.. then refilled the tub, thinking the problem was repaired...NOPE! Now the spa pump itself has started to leak from the bottom and is flooding my deck. I've called both Bestway Corporation (they want to sell me a new pump for $200 because the tub is just out of warranty by a few weeks)...of course they won't replace it. I explained that I had only used the thing 3 months and stored it but that fell on deaf ears. Now I have a $400 leaking sieve of a hot tub that I've only used a few months. DON'T BUY FROM BESTWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO DONATE MONEY FOR A PRODUCT THEY DO NOT STAND BY.

So after a long phone call we where told to get the pump back to the UK. We are happy to do this . We are still waiting for forms to be sent to us by email that we have to fill in before we can send it back. We bought the Spar from Argos.

Worst Product Ever,,service Is A Joke
WE had the LAY-Z-SPA MIAMI When we first put it together it was nice , Then 1 month into it the pump goes out . After going through the hassle of getting them to send a new warranty pump. We were with out the hot tub for one month. We received a new replacement pump, installed it was able to use it for 2 months then the seem came apart and wouldn't stay inflated , called them back it took them about 1 month to send a new tub. Now its into winter so we stored it inside in my office closet climate controlled 3 months later weather was good we set it back up used it about 2 months pump went out again. They were out of stock took them two months to get me a new one. installed it used this for 2 weeks and the material that holds the air baffle's together stated ripping apart on the new tub . Now out of our 1 year warranty we were able to use the hot tub about 4 months waiting on replacement parts for about 5 months. They said the warranty was out and they would not replace the tub again, but I could purchase the part that was defective $ 169.00, BUT its on back order this was back in 6/2016 and today 4/13/2017 they called me and told me the part was in now if I wanted to purchase it. YOU CAN GUESS WHAT MY REPLY WAS TO THAT... So I was able to use my hot tub for 7 months it was down waiting on them to replace there defective parts . WOW I GOT A 7 MONTH WARRANTY with this worthless product.
Q&A
I have a lazy spa and need a replacement pump the original one is a 54075 premium, I can’t get hold of one is there another model that will fit?
Why does my Miami keep flashing 6Cf on LCD screen ? No matter how many times I reset it ,does not work .
I have it at end of our garden on a 13amp extension lead last year it was on our decking and worked fine
Thanks.
Anyone know how to get mould and mildew off after storage
We have a Vegas Spa 2015. Four weeks old it is coming up on the display 33 and the pump has stopped, it's a fixed number. I have tried resetting but nothing happens. What should I do?
I need temperature sensor for Bestway Lay -t premium spa model nr. 54075. Can anyone give me information of the sensors?
We have purchased a Vegas spa and are trying to inflate, should the bottom ring (the one wig the small holes for bubbles) inflate the same as the higher 2? For some reason ours doesn't seem to be and that bottom ring is still puckered? Thanks in advance.
I bought a Lay Z Spa Vegas a week ago, attached the filter to the bottom hole, went to remove it to clean the filter and I cannot get it off, it seems stuck fast. What can I do?
I am afraid that it is going to rip the liner if I use a lot of force on it.
This is a 2nd season installation.
I have a large air pocket trapped under the bottom of the pool. This is frustrating when sitting in the water. I have tried emptying it again (water costs), followed the instructions in blowing it up but to no avail.
It isn't an air pocket from underneath but between the outer sleeve and the inner pool lining. What can I do?
Is the lay z spa miami durable without the outer like the old one I had?
