The jacuzz I bought from europeanspas.de was a disaster from the start. First, they refused to put in in place (claimed the slope was too steep to move it - alghough I managed with two friends) and refused to take it away again so left it in the road in front of the house. They did not install it. The heating element did not work and Ihad to pay for an electrician to fix it. The pump broke after two weeks - they took five months to come and fix it. It worked for two months then broke again (pumps not functioning properly and overheating). Another six months to come and fix it. When they did come and I asked if they would wait for half an hour to see if the heating was working properly, I was told that 'I was just a wife that did not understand anything' and they refused to co-operate. I have had it for two years and it has worked for less than four months. Avoid.
