I had not used my hot tub in over 2 years but my husband and i decided to fire this up again and use it over the winter. It was in desperate need for a service and a clean so i googled this and found Fitswim. I called Fitswim in Bristol who were extreamly helpful and an engineer called me and went through some pre checks before they arrived to ensure they could get my tub up and running. An engineer was with me within a week and was here for just over 5 hours. He was so helpful and showed me again how to use the chemicals correctly and went through the functions of my hot tub. I was surprised at how little it cost me to get this going again as i expected the bill to be about £500 after reading other reviews on services on the internet. The bill was under £300 which was well worth it! We have used our hot tub every night since and intend to keep using it. I would always reccomend Fitswim and will use them again in the future.

After seeing a hot tub in the bristol showroom on a friday afternoon it was agreed that someone would come out on the saturday to see if the hot tub could actually be located in our garden due to having access via gated area only.

The following wednesday i phoned to see why they havent contacted me to arrange a vist,the answer i got was they were busy. Anyway they agreed to come the next day which was a thursday. the guy to be fair was good with his site survey and said it was possible to install.He said he would put a reseverd on the tub so i could pop in on the friday to leave a deposit. That afternoon i had a call from a girl at the bristol showroom saying she new we were intrested but she had someone in the showroom who also wanted it.So she asked if i could pay a deposit over the phone to secure,this was not possible as i was working in chippenham and i told her that i would be in to pay for it on friday as agreed. This was not the answer she required so i said, do what you have to do but if you sell it can you let me know.Again this must have been too much trouble no phone calls or anything it may be sold or on the other hand maybe not.

Recently bought a hottub from these guys, firstly went to the showroom at Wellington and spoke to Paula who was extremely helpful, the following week we went to a caravan show in Exeter where we had the pleasure of meeting Andy and Debbie who were most helpful, we made the decision to buy a new tub there and then, a site survey was done and a week later the tub was fitted, absolutely exceptional service from all involved, the aftercare from Paula is second to none, if you want the very best of service and a great product, use fitswim n spa

Fitswim and Spa are just great!

We wanted a new Hot Tub but other dealers told us the install was impossible. We met Lewis at a motorhome show in shepton Mallet following this Lewis visited our home to do a survey. We loved the upfront approach when he said 'well it's tought but let's give it a go' We decided on the Maax 280 tub and just hoped it would would fit (our garden was built around the old tub)

A week later their crane lorry turned up with Lee thier driver. Lee and the crane lorry did wonders our new MAAX Hot tub literally floated in to place.

Bought a secondhand tub from Fit Swim Spas based in Wellingotn and Bristol. The tub had some issues - split hoses on the headrests, worn neck flex pads, faulty program on the lounger (2&3) which were expected. The companies lack of knowledge of the product (they used to be a d1 dealer), lack of professionalism (even met the MD), arrogance and lack of aftersalse service is truly shocking. The hub was covered under a 3x month parts and labour warranty, 2x months on and i have yet to see an engineer to investigate the faulty lounger, had no replacement hoses (c£6 per hose) and 2x filters. Full of excuses i would strongly advise anyone against buying ANYTHING from these cowboys.
