We purchased a hot tub from this company.....paid nearly £5000.

What a absolute mistake.....they were a nightmare from the beginning.. ..never answering the phone and different delivery dates...we have now put it down to expensive mistake.

We will never ever buy something on line again.....simly not worth the savings when it goes wrong....it was imported from Canada....great sales patter.....service non existence .... £5000 down the drain....

Bought one of these a year ago & it leaked on arrival. Could not get highland spas to fix it, so I had to get it done at my own cost. Since then it has leaked on two more occasions & Highland spas once more said that they would pay for parts only (there are no parts to replace when repairing a hot tub).

This is a cheap & ill designed hot tub. If you only have 2500 to spend on a hot tub, you are better off going for an old second hand one from a reputable dealer.
