Sapphire Spas Palm Island Diamond Hot Tub

Excellent value for money, the service was good, they were very knowledgeable and did exactly as they said they would including delivery when promised. We are very impressed with the build quality and value for money of our Sapphire Spas Palm Island Diamond installed in our garden in August 2007. The service received was excellent, and the delivery team took every care in locating the tub in position which wasn't easy as we had some obstacles ie, dwarf walls etc to negotiate. The cost of the hot tub was approx 5,000, it has approx 60 jets, a full length lounger, a half lounger and two bucket seats which after much research we thought represented good value for money. We also found that Sapphire Spas offered one of the best warranties around. The level of maintenance of these Australian built hot tubs is generally fairly easy as they have excellent ozonators and filtration. The running costs are also good at approx 4 per week. We have been especially impressed with the level of insulation in the cover, as when it has been frosty, the frost just seems to sit on top of the cover and there appears to be little or no heat escaping from the hot tub. The one thing that we think would have been nice to have with the hot tub, is a remote control for operating the hot tub whilst sitting in it. We can honestly say that so far we have no negative comments to say about this hot tub or Sapphire Spas. We also purchased from them the cover lifter and the over-hanging parasol which has a light in the middle of it and provides a bit of extra light at night if required. These have both proved to be very good products. Overall an excellent product supplied by an excellent company and very good value for money.
