Waste Of Money

Bought this product admittedly after no research whatsoever. Got home from b&q to a pretty much empty bottle and a soaking car boot. No child security on the bottle. For a harmful product not the smartest of ideas. . I can't comment on the products actual result for cleaning as I had none left. Waste of money for a product that probably won't make it home!

Dont Bother

Well this stuff was a waste of my time and worst of all my money, and the dirt is from this winter only as the path is new. got a Clarks Pressure Cleaner did the job

Defective Child Proof Lid Design

I used this cleaner only to find that the childproof lid has a design flaw. The lid seal can be cracked open before the child proof device kicks in. This leads to the fluid leaking when the container is on its side, which if it got on your skin, in your eyes or lapped up by your pet could be very dangerous. I have reported this to Jeyes but they don't seem to be interested. Take care when using this product otherwise you could end up in hospital like me.

This Product Simply Does Not Work, Having Followed

This product simply does not work, having followed the instructions my Indian Sandstone patio was slightly and I mean slightly cleaner for a lot of expense and too much effort. So I bought a Karcher patio cleaning device for £43 attached it to my Karcher pressure washer and after a couple of hours I have a very clean patio and a tool I can use next year too.

A Poor Purchase Not Worth The Money Or Effort, Had

A poor purchase not worth the money or effort, had more success using concentrated bleach diluted down!

I'm Convinced The Only Reason My Floor Was Any Cle

I'm convinced the only reason my floor was any cleaner was due to the abrasive action of the stiff brush I used. I may as well have been using pure water. And I tried it both diluted to the manufacturers directions and neat. There was no difference between them.

What a complete waste of money. And the two 2-litre bottles I bought from Aldi (advertised as an amazing special offer - £2.49 each) leaked all over the place on the way home despite being screwed on tightly, so that was another mess needing to be cleaned up. To add insult to injury, after I'd cleaned the spillage, everything it had come into contact with was no cleaner than before!

I also tried cleaning a path with Swarfega multi purpose outdoor surface cleaner (£6 for 5L when I bought it last year) and it was *considerably* better than the Jeyes product, despite not even being specifically formulated for patios and paths! I only bought the Jeyes because it was a dedicated patio cleaner which I expected to be quicker and better than a general purpose cleaner.

The Swarfega product is non-caustic and truly brilliant for general cleaning on just about any surface (sometimes I use it neat and it cuts through dirt and light grease - though it doesn't whiten yellowed gloss paint or old plastic cable) but Swarfega also do a dedicated patio cleaner. I'm certainly going to give that a try next time.

Other than their fantastic original disinfectant fluid which I use all over the place, I will never buy anything else from Jeyes. I think they're a one-trick pony, with these other products just cashing in on the name without offering anything worthwhile.

Ended Up Purchasing This After Having Used Small A

Ended up purchasing this after having used small amount of HG patio cleaner from previous year and using Patio Magic which we hadn't purchased enough and was very expensive. The Jeyes solution was poor compared with the other two products, I hardly noticed much difference but may have needed a more vigorous brush.
