It Does Work !
Reviews I read were sometimes contradictory but a gardener friend recommended it so I bought some. The last time my terrace was cleaned was with a power washer which dislodged many paving slabs, which I had to pay to get re-laid.
This time I did it myself with Patio Magic which is much less destructive. I didn't notice any difference for quite a while, the process is very gradual. It was only when I looked at a photo of the terrace taken several months before the treatment that the difference became obvious.
So; it's not a lightening fix but a slow gradual process, but it definitely did the job for me

This Is Awful My Concrete Pation Has Turned Brow/oramge

Waste Of Money
I bought the Battery Power Sprayer version to clear moss from my paviors. Absolutely useless as it does not spray the solution out of the wand. I changed the batteries in case the ones with it were low in power - no difference!
I have no idea if the solution is effective as only a trickle came out. It is going back to the garden centre for a refund.
My advice - do not buy this product, and if you read the reviews of the fluid itself you will see that is also useless.

Does Not Do What Is Says On The Tin!
Bought this product with high hopes of cleaning my patio. I followed the instructions waited a few days but it made no difference whatsoever. Even three weeks later nothing has changed a waste of money

Ruined My Patio
Massive amount of brown staining on my patio after using this product. The person I dealt with at Brintons made up figures for how often this happens. When I asked him for data he said he didn't need it. When I explained that he had a responsibility to give me correct information about the product, he said I should have known it would happen and he wasn't interested.

Product Has Changed? Did Not Work
I've used this before with good results.
This time I spent 2 hours applying on patios, paving, steps and driveway and used 5 litres.
Perfect conditions for application at the time and no rain for 4 days.
Did not work at all. Really disappointed, will not buy again.

Formula Has Changed
The first time I bought patio magic it was a dark blue liquid which worked very Well at the recommended dilution. The latest bottle is a colourless liquid which is completely useless and has no effect at all. Because the container is made of a solid blue plastic, you don't know that it is different until you open it. Don't waste your money.

Best Cleaner.
Quick and easy to use, virtually instant results. Have been using an alternative cleaner for years but the smell lingers for days making me feel sick. Patio not magic has no smell excellent product. Have recommended to family and friends.

What A Waste Of Anyone's Hard Earned Money
Put a higher dose,I put 1to 3,and left it overnight, the only thing I would say it looks exactly like it did before I put the patio magic on,I would say it is the biggest waste of money and would never do it again

Works Every Time
I first used Patio Magic when parts of my tarmac drive and path looked as if they were covered in bright green carpet, it was of course thick moss. One application cleared it completely but you have to leave it to work.
The moss starts to go brown very quickly, dries out and then disappears completely.
I've used it every year since to clean my drive , patio , garage walls and retaining wall of green algae and moss.
Excellent product, easy to use with a low pressure garden sprayer.
Always read the instructions and don't let pets walk on it whilst wet.
