I purchased a Karcher K5 premium plus power washer bundle from Karcher outlet, the machine was a refurbished unit.Which i purchased with a 12 month warranty,after a few months the machine stopped working.i contacted karcher outlet and they exchanged it, but the second machine failed outside the warranty! I could not believe that a premium branded power washer was only designed to work for around 6 months?As i had paid £200 for this sub standard refurbished power washer, the karcher outlet response was! take it to your nearest karcher service centre for repairing at a cost to myself.I find this to be really bad from karcher,as two machines in 12 months is showing that there refurbishing is not done to an high enough standard. I wouldn't recommend karcher as the quality of there machines have gone down hill.And their customer service is just a fob off.I gave karcher every chance to rectify these issues ,but it was just brushed aside. i,am a 60 year old male wanting to have a power washer for cleaning my car and drive!But karcher don't do such a machine. if anyone else as had dealings with karcher outlet please respond with your views
