RAC HP021 Pressure Washer

My model is the RAC HP-094 and it was bought as a xmas present however i dont use it very much and it has only been used four times, my pressure washer must not have a water pressure switch fitted as most you read about will not start up if there is no water put onto the unit as its so easy to leave the mains switch on when you are finished, i started it up and forgot to open the water inlet tap and then realised and ran outside to switch it off???? too late as the pump will not pressurise now, what a fickle unit for everyday use and i will never buy one of these again (keep well clear).

Absolute waste of money. Worked three times now motor broke . Keep away from this product. Bought it last year so now out of guarantee.

where can i purchase carbon brushes for a rac hp-125 pressure washer

works well car and patio etc ,motor died but cant get replacement carbon brushes even emaild www.hilka.co.uk

If i had looked at the review section on the sites? I would maybe not buy a rac pressurewasher. But i did and although it developed aleak out of warrenty by 2 monthes i contacted heikal?? and by return they replaced free the part so hats off to richard packman. And no i dont own any shares. Before we comlain about these on line companies we should give them the chance to solve the problem?

RAC HP125

The lance was jammed so I brought a new one. Went to used the pressure washer, pleased with myself thati could replaced the part for this model.

And now it leaks inside the the housing, just opened the housing up and the pressure switch has broken off.

The only problem now is tht part may not be available to buy now, HIlka customer service are very good and helpful, they will do a back order for this part.Fingers cross.

Useless machine dont touch it with a barge pole if you are thinking of buying it

Bought My RAC HP094 last year, only used it about 4 times then it would not pump water instead water gushed out from inside, as I could not find the Garantee and had owned it for just short of a year, decided to have a look inside and found that the pressure switch had broken away from the housing this could not have been done by myself as its safe inside the cover so I imagin the water pressure must have broken the switch.

My old Karcher lasted 20 years wished I bought another Karcher instead.

Terrible piece of equipment. Hard to assemble with poor instructions

I purchased this product from argos, I have used it four or five times, seemed really good at first, i was very impressed, however after the fifth time it stopped working, I have changed the fuse, checked the cables and the plug, cant revive it, cant find any help anywhere, this product is useless

Bought my HP210 from Woolies; I used it about four times and the motor then decided to retire.
