Bought it beginning of last year, now just out of warranty, Giving it to the council tip and see if they can recycle it!!

very disappointed that i can not find place buy spare parts

IT IS NOT SUPRISING THAT YOU CANNOT FIND A WEB PAGE TO ORDER SPARE PARTS, RAC SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES PUTTING THEIR NAME ON THIS PRODUCT.

Searched for days to try and get a spare part (turbo lance ) what a waste of time.

Bought this pressure washer 2yrs ago and did not need to use it until recently. Tried to clean the partio but the metal ferrule on the hose outlet was split and sprayed water everywhere. Complained to Homebase but totally unhelpfull, even though it had never been used. On my way to the tip with it now, but it pains me as I thought £130 was a lot of money to throw away.

I bought the RAC Power Washer from Homebase 15/2/10.The lance pipe would not connect. I took it back the same day they replaced it. I used it workied fine. I used it again on the 19/4/10 - water was pouring out all over.I took it backagain to Homebase. I took a chance and they replaced it again the same day.I ran the thing it was ok i did not use it again untill 20/10/12 because of the hosepipe ban. BUT low and behold it was leaking all over again this time Homebase could not do anything for me they do not stock RAC anymore i wonder why..... .Its going to be a brush and path clear from now on !!!!!! .

BUT Homebase staff WERE pleasant and tried to help as much as THEY could.

Bought this pressure washer last year from Homebase and used it once before storing carefully away for use this year. I have just prepared the pressure washer for use because I planned to clean the patio furniture.

The pressure washer worked for a maximum of 5 seconds and then nothing. I have checked the fuse and electrical / water connections etc to ensure that evrything is as it should be. I decided that the washer was at fault and started to look for a reset button but none found. I then looked on internet only to find the terrible reviews for this product (lesson learnt look at reviews before buying). I then looked on Homebase web site only to find that the reviews there are also terrible. Why does a Company like Homebase sell rubbish like this, it will do nothing to promote customer satisfaction. I buy many items from Homebase evry year but will think twice in future. Washer is not under warranty any more so my loss. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

i bought an rac hp094 power washer and used it 3 times befor an internal fault began , a part had snapped off, i cannot find anywhere to get the spare and no diagram of what the part is called, rac,you shouldnt put your name to rubbish

Brought 9 months ago from Homebase. Looked good value for money.

Now have problems getting a pressure switch, which is completley encased inside by the casing and have just sheared off.....

Going round in circles trying to get the spare replace under warranty.

RAC mave have their name against it, but do not be mislead.

Bought this towards the end of last year. It has been used 5 or 6 times to wash cars and once on my patio, reasonable results. My son has just gone to use it for the first time this year and guess what; it broken an internal part has clearly snapped? DON@T BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased as a present for me just over a year ago I though I had received a decent product but after very little use the motor has just stopped.

The manual gives no real clue as to why this might be.

The help desk had nobody available and suggested referral to their bew site which again does not give any clues.

At first I thought it was me but now I am convinced that it is the product so it is in my view an unsafe present to give to somebody and any purchasers should be cautious about the back up and support services.
