Terrible Customer Service
They sent the wrong pebbles for the fire I purchased I was asked to send photos which I did they then asked me to have the fire taken apart to photograph the inside which I did now they are ignoring my emails do not buy from this company
Terrible Customer Service
One of worst companies iv ever had to deal with. They shout at you down the phone and do their upmost to get out of giving you a refund. The delivery driver didn't even knock at the door and drove off. The other delivery didn't even turn up on the right day. They recommended the wrong log burner that turned out to be unfit for purpose and the flu system did not have the correct components. I would definitely not recommend using this company.

As with all things there’s two sides to every story. Yes the stove we recommended wasn’t suitable for your situation due to the clearances to combustibles. Which we addressed and recommended another stove. We took the first stove back and gave you a full refund. The delivery vehicle couldn’t fit up your drive so the driver rang you as did we several times and left you messages. He then waited 45mins but we didn’t get any calls back from you until two hours later by which point he was out of your area. Unfortunately as your drive is so long the driver couldn’t walk all the way up it to knock on the door. We re-arranged delivery to your husbands work address at no extra cost despite us incurring a redelivery fee due to the first failed delivery.
We did offer to cancel and refund you as it seemed we couldn’t arrange a delivery date when you could be in. It was at this point your husband then suggested we deliver to his work address which we did.
We had one issue with the first stove we recommended which we apologised about and rectified as quickly as we could.

Pleasure To Deal With
After a few calls and initially ordering the wrong item (my mistake) the customer service team at Direct Fireplaces were great at spotting this and calling me before going any further with the order and getting it all sorted. From there my fireplace arrived quickly and delivery was sorted and explained to me by the team. Limestone Fireplace looks superb now its been fitted and i would certainly recommend them and use again.

My Celsi Fire
The first Celsi wall hanging fire I received didn't work,I rang direct fireplaces ,and it was no bother to them,the fire was replaced in a couple of days,I'm happy now with my beulifull fire ,Good service nice people and I would recommend them.ll

I was unsure about ordering a fireplace online without seeing it but it has all been great. It was easy to order, arrived well packed and was installed today. It looks great! I'm really happy with the whole service and product.
